YOUR FIRST 48 HOURS — LET'S GET TO WORK
YOUR FIRST 48 HOURS
Let's Get To Work
You're excited. You're new.
Let's turn that excitement into action.
The first 48 hours are important.
Not because you need to learn everything.
You don't.
Your goal is to get into action while your excitement is fresh and your sponsor is right beside you.
Action creates momentum.
STEP 1 — GET WITH YOUR SPONSOR
Don't try to figure everything out by yourself.
Connect with your sponsor as soon as possible.
Your sponsor's job is to help you get started, answer the questions that matter right now, and work beside you.
You are in business for yourself — but you are not by yourself.
STEP 2 — BUILD YOUR POWER 15
Don't make a giant list.
Start with your 15 closest relationships — your Refrigerator List.
Family, closest friends and people who feel like family.
15 PEOPLE. THAT'S IT.
STEP 3 — CHOOSE YOUR FIRST FEW
Look at your Power 15 with your sponsor.
Choose a few people to begin with.
Don't spend hours deciding who is perfect.
You cannot know in advance who may be interested or who may eventually become a great leader.
Don't prejudge. Start the conversations.
STEP 4 — PEAK THEIR INTEREST
You don't need to give a presentation.
Use the simple invitation you learned earlier.
Create enough curiosity for them to agree to take a look.
PEAK INTEREST. DON'T PRESENT.
STEP 5 — SHOW THE PLAN
When someone agrees to look, use the appropriate tool.
Let the website, video or presentation tell the story.
Confirm they received it.
Then BAMFAM.
BOOK A MEETING FROM A MEETING.
STEP 6 — FOLLOW UP
Reconnect when you agreed to reconnect.
Ask:
"What did you like best about what you saw?"
Then listen.
If you receive a positive response, you know exactly what comes next.
STEP 7 — BRING IN YOUR EXPERT
When the response is positive, say:
"Great. I have someone I'd like to introduce you to."
Then make the 3-way call.
INTRODUCE. EDIFY. TURN IT OVER.
YOUR SPONSOR WORKS BESIDE YOU
During these first conversations, stay close to your sponsor.
Ask for help.
Listen to the 3-way calls.
Watch how the process works.
You're not only building your business.
You're learning how to do this for the person you sponsor next.
DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU KNOW EVERYTHING
You'll learn more as you go.
Confidence comes from doing.
Skill comes from repetition.
Leadership comes from eventually helping someone else do what you just learned.
LEARN IT. DO IT. TEACH IT.
YOUR 48-HOUR MISSION
Meet with your sponsor.
Build your Power 15.
Start your first conversations.
Make your first exposures.
Set your follow-ups.
Use your first 3-way calls.
Don't measure these first 48 hours by how much you learned.
Measure them by how much you DID.
YOUR BUSINESS HAS STARTED.
Keep it simple.
Stay close to your sponsor.
Follow the system.
Take action.
This training system carries forward the leadership and duplication principles taught by Silas King III through Duplication Station. The principle is simple: don't bury a new person in information — get them into action.
